Lots of scary reviews but that surely is people not following the instructions! Get the full cover and drive with peace of mind! Take it back filled up job done! will use again for sure! Would of given a 5star if my car was shiny clean!
Had a flat tire after 7 pm had to call the Europe number (Marbella is closed) first person who answered was the so called English speaking person-not really-had to use my Spanish just to spell the license number.Transferred me to the service people who took the information and put me on hold -not cheap when you have an American plan at 1 $ per minute.After 15 minutes I hung up and a local mechanic replaced the tire for 70 Euros.I will see how they handle that.Depending on that I might change my rating either up or down.To be balanced the car a VW Golf was in very good condition and as mentioned before the guy in the Marbella office is friendlier than most car rental people.So stay tuned what will happen.
